About Kristin Rogers
Kristin Rogers is a warm and experienced psychologist who supports individuals across the lifespan — including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. She has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals (Autism and ADHD) and their families in a supportive and affirming manner.
Her diverse background spans community mental health, disability, family violence, addiction services, private practice, and both primary and secondary school settings. This enables her to understand how life experiences and environments shape mental wellbeing.
Kristin provides psychological therapy and formal assessments including ADHD, Autism, Cognitive, Educational, and FASD assessments. She uses a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach and integrates techniques such as CBT, CBT-E, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, and DBT. Kristin is also supported by Sasha, her therapy dog in training.
